Hi, I’m Taji Edmonds — a single mom, survivor, and the voice behind Bold & Blunt for Christ. This blog was born out of my pain and healing. I’m raising two boys while walking through health challenges, financial struggle, and the journey of healing from domestic abuse. I’ve felt broken and overlooked, but God never left me. I created this blog for women like me—faith-filled, yet tired. Women carrying trauma, holding it all together for everyone else, wondering if they’re still seen. Bold & Blunt for Christ is about speaking truth, healing out loud, and trusting God with your whole story. I write about motherhood, trauma recovery, faith, and finding purpose in the middle of pain. Outside of writing, I love reading autobiographies, learning people’s stories, studying African-American history, and advocating for human rights. I care deeply about justice, faith, and freedom—for every woman who feels stuck. Let’s grow together—boldly, honestly, and with Jesus leading the way.
